Management of user accounts, access policies, authentication services (SSO, MFA), backups, and patch compliance across servers and workstations. Deployment of business applications and management of hardware inventory. Daily on-site and remote technical support, incident troubleshooting.

   Operational and technical management of client infrastructures, with responsibility for configuring complex systems (servers, networks, virtualization) and multi-environment administration.
